Return Policy:

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom-made items, such as bespoke suits and other clothing items, are non-returnable.

Refund Policy:

If your return is accepted, Deepee's will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
